.... the objective was to salvage the tapestry.... and to make the rest of the chair blend in with the clients living room furnishings....the tapestry had to be cleaned but was too fragile to remove, so it was cleaned on the chair... the fabric was changed to a very pale taupe, picking up the taupe in the tapestry and working in the home much better than the green.....
