I don't know what it is about "old" furniture....  but I love it !!!  Actually,  I am addicted to it!!!     Maybe it's because it has so much character and charm....  or maybe it's the history behind it....  or maybe it's because I just can't see getting rid of something "just because" it's old ....... "Old"  furniture was built to last ...  that's why it's still around!!!!

 

For as long as I can remember,  I have been into transforming things   ....When I look at something ...  I  don't see it as "old" ....  I see it as "needing help" ...... I see the end result .........  I transform "old"  useless furniture from the past into something pretty and useful for the present .....

 

Whether you call it "Shabby Chic"...  or "cottage chic" .....  my furniture is lovingly brought back to life ...  I do everything by hand...  it gets sanded, painted, distressed, glazed and varnished....  and the end result is simply "pretty" ................

 

 I believe that furniture becomes even "more" interesting when you use it where you are not "supposed to"...  perhaps by putting a china cabinet in a bedroom and using it as a bookcase....  or a mini sideboard in a bathroom for towel storage....  or a dresser in a kitchen as an island.... 

 

Custom work is my specialty. Bring  in  your furniture,  or choose from a large selection of my "unfinished" pieces.... ( I have 2 garages loaded !! )  Pick the paint color,   finish,  and glaze that works in your home...... My goal is to give you exactly what you have been looking for and can't find anywhere else !!
